1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Drive Round App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of service
Drive Round App provides AI-powered driving lesson tracking, progress reporting, exam route guidance, and instructor–learner communication tools for users in the United Kingdom. The App is intended to supplement — not replace — professional driving instruction from a DVSA-approved ADI.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old (the minimum age to drive in the UK) to use this App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement. Instructors must hold a valid DVSA ADI or PDI licence.
4. User accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@driveround.co.uk.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App while driving unsafely or in violation of UK road traffic law.
- Record audio or video of third parties without their consent.
- Share false, misleading, or harmful content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
6. AI-generated content
AI lesson summaries, progress reports, and feedback are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional driving advice. Always follow the guidance of your qualified ADI instructor over any AI-generated output.
7. Intellectual property
Drive Round App is a trading name of SINCETECH LTD (registered in England and Wales). All content, software, and trademarks within the App are owned by SINCETECH LTD. You retain ownership of your own lesson recordings and personal data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the App will result in passing your driving test. Exam routes are based on publicly available information and may not reflect current examiner routes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, SINCETECH LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Note that deleting your account does not cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscription — please cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID settings or Google Play account.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Subscriptions and billing
- Subscription plans: Drive Round App offers auto-renewing subscription plans that unlock premium features including exam routes, session history, AI analysis, route sharing, and community routes. Available plans and current pricing are displayed on the subscription screen within the App.
- Billing and auto-renewal: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis (as selected at purchase) through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. On iOS, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date; on Android, cancellation must be made before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Free trials: Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.
- Cancellation — iOS: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to premium features until then.
- Cancellation — Android: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds — iOS: All iOS purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Refunds — Android: All Android purchases are processed by Google. Refund requests must be made directly to Google via Google Play subscriptions. SINCETECH LTD does not issue refunds directly for subscription payments on either platform.
- Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you reasonable notice of any price change. Continued use of the App after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
- Feature access on expiry: When your subscription lapses or is cancelled, access to premium features will be restricted at the end of the paid period. Your account and data are retained — only gated features become unavailable.
- Account deletion and subscriptions: Deleting your Drive Round account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID settings or Google Play account before or after deleting your account to avoid further charges.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App and may delete your account.
